But the parents have to pay multiple non-refundable fees. They market a "Full Refund Program," which is not a full refund. Same happened here. I did not knowingly select the "full refund program" option on my registration. Canceled after paying $99 deposit and an add'l payment of $300. They are only honoring me with a refund of $121. I complained to the BBB as well. I also contacted our school principal as well as the teacher/trip organizer who had no idea there were so many complaints with the BBB documenting... Read more

"This company is a scam. BEWARE PARENTS. We had the Full Refund Protection for $150 - but they do not honor it. I signed my daughter up for a trip to DC in Oct 2011 and paid $75--the trip is for May 21, 2012.
